Jenn Jevertson, MS, CTAS, is an experiential educator, therapeutic adventure practitioner, and student wellness leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing youth development, experiential learning, prevention, and mental health initiatives. Her work spans wilderness, school, treatment, and community settings, with a focus on helping individuals, organizations, and communities grow through challenge, connection, reflection, and meaningful experience.

Jenn serves as Assistant Director of Student Wellness for Santa Fe Public Schools, where she leads districtwide wellness, prevention, mental health, and equity initiatives serving students and staff across PreK–12. She is recognized for bridging direct practice, systems leadership, and evidence-informed innovation to create environments that foster resilience, belonging, leadership, and hope. Her contributions to the experiential education field include program development, professional training, evaluation, research-to-practice translation, and collaborative partnerships. She is passionate about expanding the application of experiential education to strengthen well-being, learning, and community impact across diverse settings.
