Lindsay is passionate about building moments where people can get excited and engage with themselves, the world around them, or other people. Lindsay currently works in private practice and provides consultation, supervision, and training for clinicians and therapeutic staff in trauma informed practices and modalities such as the Community Resilience Model and EMDR. Lindsay has built her career supporting the development of individuals, groups and families through experiential practices on ropes courses and in outdoor settings. She honed her skills for helping people to build resilience and process trauma through over 11 years in wilderness therapy programming. She has also worked to support the development of resilient practitioners through research on vicarious and secondary trauma and consultation and training. She started as a commercial guide and instructor and in her free time enjoys training for and participating in endurance sports.
